Protein Chia Parfait Recipe

Now this is what I call a smoothie! This one is totally acceptable for breakfast and is loaded with antioxidants, protein and filling fibre. It tastes heavenly thanks to the two 'secret' ingredient... The Chia Co's Smooth Chocolate Chia Pod & Nuzest's Chai Turmeric + Maca Protein.


  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 packet Nuzest Chai Turmeric + Maca Protein
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp peanut butter/nut butter of choice
  • Ice to blend
  • 1/2 packet The Chia Co. Smooth Chocolate Chia Pod
  • 2 tbsp coconut or greek yoghurt


  1. Combine smoothie ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Layer in a jar with chia pudding and yoghurt. Enjoy!
