Coconut & Berry Delight

Serves: 1.

Put the following ingredients in a blender:

  • 1/2-1 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes (desiccated coconut)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw honey/maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Raw C Coconut Water
  • 1/2 cup Loving Earth Luvju Coconut Mylk
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Top with My Wholesome Kitchen Granola Crunch
  • Optional to add: 1 serving vanilla rice protein powder

Blend and pour into a glass and top with some berries and coconut flakes, enjoy!
