Put the following ingredients in a blender:
- 1/2-1 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes (desiccated coconut)
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp raw honey/maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup Raw C Coconut Water
- 1/2 cup Loving Earth Luvju Coconut Mylk
- 1 cup of ice
- Top with My Wholesome Kitchen Granola Crunch
- Optional to add: 1 serving vanilla rice protein powder
Method:
- Blend and pour into a glass and top with some berries and coconut flakes, enjoy!
