Coconut Chia Granola Jars

Ingredients

For the jar

  • 1/2 scoop of Nourish + Repair Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 5-6 tbsp coconut milk
  • 6 tbsp coconut yoghurt (4 for layering and 2 for the chia seeds)
  • Fresh raspberries and blueberries
  • 6 tbsp granola (of your choice)

To serve

  • Fresh raspberries and blueberries
  • Granola

Method

  1. In a bowl place the chia seeds and stir in the coconut milk. Leave to the side for about 5 minutes. This will expand significantly so if the mix gets too stiff, add a little more coconut milk.
  2. Add the 2 tbsp of coconut yoghurt to the chia seed mix once ready to serve.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining 4 tbsp of coconut yoghurt with the Nourish + Repair.
  4. To serve, layer the chia mix, coconut yoghurt, berries and granola in a jar or serving container. Repeat.
  5. Garnish with a raspberry or your favourite fruit
  6. Enjoy! Simple and delicious!
