Coconut Chia Granola Jars\nIngredients\nFor the jar\n\n1\/2 scoop of Nourish + Repair Vanilla\n1\/2 cup chia seeds\n5-6 tbsp coconut milk\n6 tbsp coconut yoghurt (4 for layering and 2 for the chia seeds)\nFresh raspberries and blueberries\n6 tbsp granola (of your choice)\n\nTo serve\n\nFresh raspberries and blueberries\nGranola\n\nMethod\n\nIn a bowl place the chia seeds and stir in the coconut milk. Leave to the side for about 5 minutes. This will expand significantly so if the mix gets too stiff, add a little more coconut milk.\nAdd the 2 tbsp of coconut yoghurt to the chia seed mix once ready to serve.\nIn a separate bowl, mix the remaining 4 tbsp of coconut yoghurt with the Nourish + Repair.\nTo serve, layer the chia mix, coconut yoghurt, berries and granola in a jar or serving container.
