My Day On A Plate: Active Swimwear Founder Keri Kitay

Keri is the co-founder of ALL I SEA – Australia’s first dedicated active swimwear brand and Health and fitness PR professional. With a love for living an active life, Keri is passionate about making others fall in love with health, fitness and wellbeing. She believes that these are the key to living a long happy and healthy life and that everyone should experience the way it makes you feel.

We couldn't agree more, so we sat down with Keri to see what her typical day on a plate looks like.


Wake up and start the day with apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon in hot water. I don’t eat in the morning as I head straight to the gym for my morning workout at 98 Riley St Gym, which is a mix of performance cardio and strength training.


On the way home from the gym, I go via Bondi Wholefoods for a chai tea with almond milk and home for breakfast. Breakfast is 2 eggs, avocado, spinach, capsicum and sweat potato or anything salad and vegetables to accompany the eggs.



I would generally have a fruit at this time – either blueberries and strawberries or a grapefruit and a lemon grass and ginger tea.


Lunch is usually grilled chicken or tuna and vegetables. I generally do a big bake of veges on a Sunday so I have these ready to go for lunch during the week – everything from capsicum, asparagus, broccoli, eggplant, fennel and zucchini.


When I am hanging for an afternoon snack my go to is coyo yoghurt mixed with NuZest vanilla Clean Lean Protein. You mix it together and it tastes like a raw desert and its slightly addictive


My day starts early so I like to try and eat dinner early. For dinner, I would have a piece of grilled fish, salmon is my fish of choice with lots of salad and veggies. I love eating fish at night as its light and as I try get to bed early, a lighter meal is best. But, if I am going out, I can’t go past Marceleria for steak, sweat potato and the beetroot salad!

I drink plenty of water and herbal tea throughout the day.

My other go to for between meals as snacks or when I feel like I need more greens or protein:
A green juice made with spinach, celery, cucumber, coconut water, mint, lemon and ginger or a protein shake with NuZest Clean Lean Protein, berries and coconut water blended with ice.
