With summer on its way there is no better excuse to start adding green smoothies into your diet, refreshing and full of nutrients. Thanks to our friends at Oster for this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 peach, stone removed
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a blender and secure the lid.
- Blend on HIGH speed until all of the ingredients are blended, or use the Smoothie function on your Oster Versa blender.
- Pour into a tall glass. Serve.
