Raspberry White Choc Blondies

Ingredients: Makes 9

½ cup 125g tahini
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup non-dairy milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 cups oat flour (or 200g flour of choice)
1 tsp baking powder
⅓ cup chopped white chocolate
½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Nutra Organics Berry Yum Biotics Bar, finely diced

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan-force.
  2. Combine tahini, maple syrup, milk and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the oat flour and baking powder, and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the raspberries, white chocolate and Nutra Organics Berry Yum Biotic Bar.
  5. Spread in a 8x8 square pan and bake for 25 minutes.
