Watch Peta and Amy have fun in the kitchen creating these easy snack bars for your next afternoon delight.\n\nRecipe: Raw Energy Bars\nDF | V | SF\nIngredients\n\n1 cup almonds\n\n3\/4 cup dried Turkish apricots\n\n1\/3 cup rolled oats\n\n2 tablespoons chia seeds\n\n3\/4 cup shredded coconut\n\n1\/4 cup goji berries\n\n1 tablespoon coconut oil\n\n2 tablespoon maple syrup\n\n1 serve Nutra Organics Super Greens + Reds powder\n\n\nMethod\n\n\nLine a baking pan with parchment paper or glad wrap.\n\n\nPulse cashews in food processor until crumbly, place in a separate bowl.\n\n\nPulse apricots in food processor until finely chopped. Add all other ingredients to the apricot mixture and process until well combined.\n\n\nAdd the chopped cashews to the mixture and pulse until combined.\n\n\nFirmly press the apricot mixture into the baking pan, using the flat surface of a measuring cup to create a flat even layer.\n\n\nPlace pan in the freezer for one hour, then remove and cut into 8 rectangle bars (or more or less, depending on desired size).\n\n\nPlace in an airtight container and store for up to one month in the fridge.\n\n\nEnjoy!\nWe'd love to see your creations on Instagram, using the hashtag #goodnessmebox!
