Ingredients
1 large stalk kale
1 stalk silver beet
3 large leaves Cos lettuce
1 cup spinach leaves
½ fresh lemon (juice)
½ small banana
½ green apple
Handful of fresh mint leaves
1 tsp chia seeds (if you have)
1 tsp stevia
3-4 ice cubes (handful)
1 cup coconut water/filtered water
1 teaspoons cacao powder
Method:
- Throw all of the ingredients into a blender and whizz until everything is combined to a nice smoothie consistency.
