Strawberry Tofu Pudding

Not sure what to do with the Tofu you found in your December GoodnessMe Box? Why not try out this Tofu Pudding recipe!


  • 1/4 Organic BONSOY TOFU (80g)
  • 4 Fresh Strawberries
  • 200ml Apple Juice
  • 2tbsp Agave nectar
  • 1tbsp Agar Flakes

Strawberry Sauce

  • 7 Strawberries finely chopped
  • 2tbsp Agave nectar
  • 1tbsp lemon juice

Method | Serves 3 in Rameki​ns

In a small sauce pan, add apple juice and Agar flakes and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Heat it and bring to boil, then reduce the heat to low and cook stirring it until the Agar flakes are dissolved.
In a medium bowl, add BONSOY TOFU, fresh Strawberries and Agave Nectar and blend.
Add the apple juice mixture to the TOFU mixture and blend well with stick blender on high speed. (Blender can be used)
Pour in ramekins and cool (the apple juice mixture is set in room temperature, but cool it to keep the strawberry colour).
Make strawberry sauce. In a small bowl, mix with the chopped strawberries, Agave nectar and lemon juice.
Pour the sauce over the pudding.
