Love a latte but not so much the caffeine jitters or bellyache that follows? There are loads of caffeine-free or lower-caffeine latte blends in the health food scene that will nip that craving for a comforting drink in the bud, without the side-effects of coffee.
Caffeine-free lattes have come a long way since Starbucks’ syrupy chais, and the best part is that you can make them yourself at home.
All you need is one of our favourite latte blends below, plus your favourite plant-based milk to brew it with, and you’re good to go.
Chai Lords Instant Chai Latte
Chai latte powders from the supermarket are typically made with glucose syrup solids, vegetable fat, maltodextrin, artificial flavours, and numbered stabilisers - all the highly processed ingredients we say no to at GoodnessMe.
