Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1/2 cup Lime and Coconut Muesli by The Wild
- 1 Handful frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons soft Peanut Butter
Method:
- Blend banana and vanilla protein powder (adding a few tablespoons of filtered water if necessary to smooth into ice-cream consistency)
- Layer ice-cream + The Wild muesli in jar
- Garnish with frozen berries
- Use a spoon to pour peanut butter around top rim of jar
