Abbey is an Accredited Clinical Nutritionist, with 5 years experience in the health and fitness industry.

She strives to improve the physical, emotional, social and biological health of individuals through practical and evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle advice. She has a keen interest in female reproductive health, gastrointestinal disease, pain management, weight management, mental health and eating disorders due to suffering from an eating disorder herself in her early teens. As a fitness instructor, she is also passionate about the role of nutrition in optimising exercise performance and recovery. Abbey co-hosts a podcast called ‘Move Your Mind’ which provides listeners with the latest nutrition and physiology research to help them better understand their bodies and navigate the often confusing world of health and fitness. She believes knowledge is power and aims to give each client the tools and confidence to live and maintain happy, healthy lives.
