Angelene is a soon to be registered Nutritionist who has gained experience in a variety of fields relating to health and well-being.

Ange created The Nourished Club with the aim of supporting individuals who are going through or have been through a similar food journey to herself. Food and nutrition has always been important to Ange. However, her relationship with food wasn’t as strong as it is now. Couple this with her poor hormone and thyroid health, she has had to learn how to properly nourish her body with foods that will help her thrive. This journey is continuous and one she wants to educate others about. Angelene works with both children and adults. Her passion is educating and instilling healthy habits in young people and assisting women manage a range of health conditions through food. Angelene’s desire to raise awareness for mental health underpins her philosophy of health. Live, grow, flourish, heal and stay healthy. Welcome to the club.
