The RESCUE® story begins in the early 20th century with Harley Street physician and bacteriologist Dr Edward Bach. Throughout the early 1930s, his research the importance of emotional health led Dr Bach to identify 38 different plant and flower essences. In order to make his essences more available to the general public, Dr Bach enlisted the help of the Nelsons Homeopathic Pharmacy in Duke St, London. Under his guidance they began to make and sell the essences he supplied to them.
