What makes canned beans so good is that they are ready to use and at any point in time and you do not need to stress about preparing them. These are also organic and the tin is BPA free which is always a big tick. Not only are beans rich in protein but they also contain vitamins and minerals such as zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, and vitamins B1, B6, E, and K. Super versatile and so yummy!
