Yes In your professional opinion, how often would you classify this product as healthy enough to eat Once or twice a month Rated 1 out of 5 Essentially This is An Empty Calorie Nutritionally speaking Cane Sugar doesn't have much nutritional benefit and is essentially an 'empty' calorie. Meaning it is a simple carbohydrate. This is not a product I generally a product I would recommend having in the diet. I do however use this Ceres Organics Golden Sugar when I am making my homemade kombucha because most of the sugar gets eaten up in the fermentation processes.
