Elizabeth is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, with experience in private practice, weight loss surgery and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

She prides herself on providing evidence based advice and is committed to lifelong learning and continuous professional development. Elizabeth holds a special interest in sports nutrition, gastrointestinal nutrition (IBS/Fodmap/Food chemical intolerance), weight loss, heart disease and diabetes. Elizabeth assists children and adults (most ages) with a range of health conditions/nutritional goals. She offers supermarket tours, online/face to face consulting and group education sessions. Elizabeth has presented multiple nutritional seminars in the workplace, along with sports dietetics, where she has been the VFL Dietitian at Melbourne Football Club and currently working at the Richmond Football Club across AFL/AFLW/VFL league.
