Emily is a Clinical Nutritionist & Chef, dedicated about supporting her clients achieve their health goals, guiding them on their health journeys so that they can be as happy and healthy as possible.
She has a special interest in all aspects Women's Health, particularly maternal health & wellbeing (from preconception to postpartum and the years beyond), gastrointestinal concerns, weight management and complex/chronic health conditions. She assists her clients of all ages and stages in life in helping them manage their health conditions and concerns, offers meal planning and recipes tailored specifically to her clients needs, and also is available for workshop presentations and cooking demonstrations for a variety of topics. Leaving no stone unturned, she ensures her clients feel heard and understood, in a nurturing and caring environment. She thoroughly examines all aspects of health, and supporting her findings with the most up to date research, in order to provide her clients with the best treatment outcomes possible.
