Emily is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, passionate about supporting people to make sustainable changes to enhance their health and feel their best not only physically but psychologically too.
Emily is known for her nurturing personality, and her individualised and weight inclusive approach to providing nutrition advice and care. Emily has a strong desire to help people build a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. She hopes to educate people on how to nourish their bodies, feel good and support optimal physical, mental health and elite sports performance. Emily has a specific interest in: Sports nutrition, including individual and team sports, low energy availability and relative energy deficiency in sport Chronic disease prevention and treatment, in particular cardiovascular disease Eating disorders, including mindful eating and body image concerns Oncology nutrition.
