Emily Smith Nutrition Writer and Student Dietitian, a qualified health writer, writing for various health professionals and brands in the nutrition and fitness space.

She is passionate about empowering people with evidence-based nutrition information to allow them to live healthier lives with ease, joy and balance. She hopes to use her own experiences to help those struggling with disordered eating habits to heal their relationships with food and their bodies, and rediscover joy in the simplicity of healthy eating and lifestyle choices. In her work, Emily writes articles for major health publications in Australia, as well as nutrition blogs, marketing and website content, newsletters, and also produces a nutrition podcast. Emily is also completing a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics, intending to start her own private dietetics practice specialising in eating disorders and mental health at the completion of her studies.
