Georgia is an Accredited Sports Dietitian, Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, believes that everyone deserves to feel good and perform in their sport, work or social life.
She graduated from Deakin University with a Master of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences. Her approach helps her clients make practical and sustainable dietary changes utilising a holistic approach that incorporates mental and physical health. Special interests include, but are not limited to: Sports Nutrition, including amateur to elite athletes in individual or team sports, performance and recovery, RED-S/ Low Energy Availability Prevention and management of chronic conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, COPD, cancer Weight management Gastrointestinal health including IBS management – the Low FODMAP diet, allergies and intolerances Skinfold testing Georgia has gained valuable experience working in several high-level roles. She is currently the AFLW Performance Dietitian for North Melbourne Football Club, the Lead Dietitian for the Southern Saints VFLW team and the Sandringham Zebras VFL team. Georgia offers group presentations and workshops to schools and workplaces providing practical skills to apply to everyday nutrition for individuals.
