Traditional Mexican corn tortillas, baked fresh in Melbourne from stone-ground wholegrain corn. Use for tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas and other authentic Mexican foods.

Our tortillas are made from scratch using the same traditional method indigenous Aztecs have used for millennia. We start with real whole grain corn, which we cook, soak and stone-grind fresh. We do not use imported processed corn flour.

The problem I have with GF tortillas usually is that they break & snap into pieces when you try to roll them up. Not to mention they taste like cardboard! These weren’t like that at all. Once microwaved for 20secs, they were like any “normal” tortilla. Easy to use & delicious! One of my new favourites

I tried these finally last night as I have been wanting to try them since I got them in the July goodness me box. OMFreakinggoodness, they were so yummy. I filled them with slow cooked pork, avocado, lettuce and cheese with a bit of sour cream and enjoyed every mouthful. Will definitely buy these in the future.
