Maria is an Accredited Clinical and Sports Nutritionist. She works with a diverse range of clients from professional athletes to stay at home mums, dedicated to helping each individual live healthier and happier lives by implementing practical yet sustainable goals along the way. Currently Maria works alongside individual athletes from the Jillaroos, NRLW, Brent Street Dance Academy and Gracie Huimaitá. She is also the resident nutritionist for Delish Deliveries and Conic Sport.
Maria’s special interests include autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, sports performance and weight management.
Maria is able for one-on-one consultations online, and home-visits are available upon request.
