Meg is a registered Clinical Nutritionist with a deep interest in Womens health and loves being able to support women through all stages of life.
Meg has particular interest in working with mothers throughout their pregnancy & postpartum period, and as a mother herself, has first hand experience of how to nourish and support the body through these stages. Meg also provides support to women struggling with their hormones, mental health and overall energy and vitality. Meg has continued her study within the field of Nutrition and is expected to complete her Masters of Human Nutrition in November 2021. Meg is a strong believer in the use of food as medicine and strives to provide nourishing whole-food advice, therapeutic functional foods, practitioner grade supplements and lifestyle advice to support her client’s long-term health goals. Meg has been in private practice for nearly 2 years and has been working in the health food industry for 5 years.
