They are incredibly nutritious and rich in many macronutrients and micronutrients. They have a yummy nutty flavour and just 2 tablespoons of these little powerhouses will give you over 6g of protein. Over 9g of essential fatty acids, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, folate, Vitamin C, E, A and some B’s…. whooooza, told you they were a powerhouse.
