They are a fabulous alternative for those that can't have or don't like dairy products. When choosing the right nut milk for you it is important to check the ingredients as not all are made the same. This Oatly Original Oat Milk wouldn't be my first choice when it comes to Oat milk, mainly because of the rapeseed oil which can be inflammatory and the added minerals.
