Healing Herbal tea

This Organic India Tusli Tea is a great "anti-Stress' tea. The Holy basil in this tea has been used in Ayurvedic medicine as a natural stress relief. The other ingredients will also assist with supporting a healthy and vibrant energy level.

Herbal teas hold a lot of benefits from being rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, proven benefits on improving your sleep and their immune boosting properties. I highly recommend Organic India tea as something to add into your diet daily.

Next level green tea

Tulsi is also known as Holy Basil, or the 'queen of herbs'. It has been used for its incredible benefits for hundreds of years in Ayurvedic Medicine (a traditional Indian modality). It has adaptogenic properties, which support our nervous system and help the body adapt to stress. As a result of this, it can also support our sleep quality and allow us to get more of the benefits from a restful nights sleep. It also contains a number of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A and C, calcium, zinc and iron.

Combined with green tea, this blend supports our energy levels and packs an antioxidant punch. Try to keep this one to the morning, due to the caffeine content of the green tea.
