I could eat this by the spoonful! It reminded me of cheese and onion flavoured chips which was fun. I want to try this on top of homemade crackers or kale chips.
I love that I have been able to use this powder to create cheesey dishes that I haven't been able to achieve with vegan sliced cheeze!
I used this to creat a yummy sour cream dip. My teenagers devoured the dip within one sitting and then wanted it the next night. Thank you for the sampl I received in my Goodness’s me Box.
It had the strangest taste, I've tried a few vegan cheeses as I'm on the hunt for something I like myself but this was odd, maybe would be okay in a mac and cheese but not on my pasta. Was closer to a parmasain than a cheddar I'd say.
