Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory properties due to the compound it contains called curcumin. When paired with black pepper, this increases the availability and absorption of this compound and allows us to get more of the benefits. Thankfully Sol Organics have combined these, as well as some other healing spices, to bring us a great golden milk powder. With the natural sweetness of cinnamon and warming properties of ginger, we're not just getting a delicious drink.
