Stephanie is a Final Year Nutritional Medicine Student at ACNT in Pyrmont, Sydney, graduating in August 2021. She is practicing at The Practice Wellbeing Centre (a student-based clinic) two days a week, under supervision of experienced practitioners to provide personalised and evidence-based holistic approach to patients through dietary analysis, lifestyle modifications and supplemental medicine. Her journey towards becoming a Nutritionist started with her with own health experience. Diagnosed with Epilepsy at 11 years old, her life became flooded with many unknowns. Multiple seizures, with multiple medications, tests, injuries & test which spiralled into secondary Depression. Fighting through highs and many lows, Stephanie's resilient nature inspired her to know more about her mind, body and the interconnection between all areas of the body. This brought her to study Nutrition, which she hopes to inspire others through. "Through giving knowledge, experience & support, together we receive and therefore enable, inspire & support change from within".
