Using nutrient dense ingredients and containing added (and naturally occurring) protein, this bread is extra filling and still has a great fibre content.Not all gluten free bread is created equal, often they contain fillers and highly refined ingredients. However, this particular bread is full of real food ingredients that each have their own nutritional benefits.
