It is made by pressing fresh coconut or dried coconut meat. It has a host of health benefits thanks to the unique combination of fatty acids in it. Including boosting heart health, aiding in weight loss, it can reduce hunger, improve dental health, brain function and so much more. It is delicious as an oil alternative in baking or great to cook with because of its high smoke point.I personally love Niugini coconut oil because not only is it organic but I really do love the ethos behind this brand.
