This weeks Day On A Plate comes from Steph Claire Smith, Co-founder of the amazing 'Keep It Cleaner' program. Steph has so many achievements under her belt, including being named the 2018 Cosmopolitan Lifestyle Influencer Woman of the Year. Steph has come out with her first book written with the amazing, Laura Henshaw. She inspires young women all around the world to keep fit and live their best lives. Here's a little insight into her everyday life.

Breakfast

My go-to breakfast has to be the cacao porridge from our Keep it Cleaner grocery range (which featured in our 'Keep It Cleaner' GoodnessMe Box!). I often like to add my own favourite fresh ingredients, currently, my favourite combo is 1 tbsp yoghurt, 1 tbsp peanut butter, and 1/4 cup blueberries.

Lunch

My favourite lunch at the moment is chicken pho!

Snack

I like to live by the saying, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” or if I’m super hungry I’ll have boiled eggs.

Dinner

Roast chicken with mushy peas and roasted veggies is often a staple in our house.

Dessert

The radical rocky road from the Keep it Cleaner program! Otherwise, I’ll often have a peppermint tea and some home-made popcorn which I do on the stove with coconut oil and pink salt.
