Returns Policy

At GoodnessMe, we pride ourselves on providing only the very best natural products clear of nasties. We aim to ensure 100% customer satisfaction! So, if you receive any product which is damaged or does not match the description of what you ordered, we’ll happily replace, credit or refund. Please note, given the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind or due to the incorrect product being ordered. Our Customer Experience team is here to answer any questions you may have before purchasing.

We do however ask that you email us within 24 hours of receiving your goods and provide us with photographic evidence so we can verify your claim. Once we’ve verified your claim we’ll either send out a replacement product or issue a complete credit or refund of the purchase price.

In cases where you may receive the wrong product, we may ask you to return the product to our warehouse with GoodnessMe covering the shipping costs.

Please note that GoodnessMe does not offer refunds. For 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions that have already started, we may consider a partial refund in very limited circumstances. For food safety reasons, GoodnessMe does not accept returns of monthly boxes or individual products under any circumstances.

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the website. If you are on a monthly subscription you will be billed on the 20th of each month. If you are on a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription you will be billed every 3, 6 or 12 months on the 20th of the month, in advance of the month ahead. Unless a subscription is cancelled 2 days before the above renewal dates, the subscription will automatically renew for a further subscription period and you will be charged the subscription price.

Gift subscriptions are stand-alone purchases and do not automatically renew, so there's no need to cancel.

Order Cancellations

You must review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order is confirmed and paid for, GoodnessMe will not provide a refund unless GoodnessMe is unable to fulfil your order. GoodnessMe reserves the right to cancel or modify an order at any time due to suspicion of fraud, supply issues, shipping delays or a product becoming unavailable.

Our awesome warehouse team works hard to dispatch orders as soon as possible, so please shop carefully as we are unable to make changes once an order is placed.
