Ingredients
- 1/4 cup superfood mix
- 9 dates
- 2 espresso shots
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- Coconut to roll
Method
- Soak your superfood mix with the coffee for 1 minute.
- Transfer all ingredients to a food processor and blend till smooth.
- To roll, use 2 spoons as they will have an almost mouse like consistency, great texture once they are chilled.
- Roll in coconut.
- Set in fridge and enjoy
