If you love peanut butter and caramel, then these bars are for you! This fudge is so incredibly easy to make and no cooking required! They need one hour in the freezer to set and make the most delicious afternoon treat. Since this recipe uses coconut oil instead of butter, it’s vegan as well as gluten-free and paleo-friendly. PEANUT BUTTER LOVERS REJOICE!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 packet Tasti peanut butter balls, chopped
Method
- Line a baking tin with baking paper
- In a saucepan combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract over low heat to melt.
- Pour the mixture into a tin lined with baking paper.
- Sprinkle over the Tasti peanut butter balls and freeze for 1 hour to set.
- Cut into slices and enjoy!
