Looking for a delicious smoothie that's filling enough to be your breaky? Well, look no further! This gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly banana smoothie is the perfect way to start your day.
This recipe calls for Ulu Hye's Nut Mylk Base. If you haven't heard of this incredible, new and innovative product you're about to get excited. Ulu Hye have created a Nut Mylk Base so all you have to do is add 1.5-2 tablespoons along with 1000mls of water and pop it in a blender to make your very on nut mylk. One of their small and recyclable jars gets you 10 liters of milk so one jar reduces landfill by a whopping ten cartons! So not only does their Nut Mylk Base taste amazing it's also great from the environment too.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Ulu Hye Nut Mylk Base
- 250mls of water
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tsp Maca powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Method:
- In your blender, place frozen banana, Ulu Hye Nut Mylk Base, Maca powder, water and vanilla essence, and blend on high
- Pour into a cup and top with chia seeds and fresh banana
- Enjoy!
