Amanda is a bachelor qualified clinical nutritionist, passionate about the nutritional wellbeing, journey of conception, pregnancy and post-partum as well as supporting people with a disability.

She uses the most recent evidence-based research available to create an achievable and realistic treatment plan for her clients. Amanda has a strong interest in supporting the nutritional wellbeing of shift workers as she understands from personal experience the demands that shift work has on the body and mind. Amanda offers one on one nutrition consultations and personalised meal plans for individuals to suit their dietary goals. Amanda has experience tailoring meal plans for people with disabilities who are wheelchair bound, shift workers and weekend warrior athletes.
