It is naturally gluten free so perfect for anyone who follows a gluten free diet. Nutritionally sourghum is high in carbohydrates, has a good amounts of protein and fibre. It also contains a variety of B vitamins and magnesium. High in dietary fibre, like other grains, sorghum is good for the health of our gut and can support our digestive system. Grains are generally a great source of B vitamins and sorghum is no exception! B vitamins are great for energy and also play a part in our detox pathways.
