Maddy & Hannah are dietitians that help those seeking digestive health and sustainable weight management advice achieve greater health through individually tailored advice.
They seek to increase awareness of gastrointestinal diseases and the impact that optimising digestive health can have on those with and without disease. Madison has a special interest in helping patients build a positive relationship with food and themselves. She is passionate about whole person health which considers a range of non-diet factors that can impact our health such as stress, sleep and mental health. This allows her to support you in making realistic and sustainable changes to your diet through practical and individualised recommendations. She has completed training in: Bariatric Surgery Nutrition in Practice (2020) Psychology of eating, weight management, body image (2019), Monash University Health professional FODMAP course and Nutrition (2019) Low Carbohydrate for Diabetes Management (2018) Hannah enjoys all areas of dietetics, but is particularly interested in bariatric surgery, gastrointestinal disorders/diseases, gut health, intolerances and weight management. Hannah has completed additional training via the DAA Centre for Advanced Learning in Medical Nutrition Therapy for Bariatric Surgery (2018). Hannah enjoys working with her patients to set realistic goals, enabling long-term dietary changes to be made to ensure better health outcomes. Other courses/training that Hannah has completed include: Science of Weight Management (via Nutrition Plus)(2013), Advanced Science of Weight Management (via Nutrition Plus)(2014), Optifast Accreditation Program (2016), Monash University FODMAP Health Professional Training (2017).
