After years of struggling with an autoimmune disease, clinical nutritionist Rachael Stephens found solace in research behind the food she was eating and her environmental factors. Based in Melbourne, she is a fully qualified clinical nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine. Forgoing the “one-size-fits-all” approach, understanding every health journey is different, Rachael focuses on scientific based treatments backed by clinical research. Her approach is holistic and evidence based, using current research findings and functional testing to uncover root causes for many physical and mental ailments and treating the underpinning of disorders. This strong focus on a holistic method of treatment is adapted to each patient’s lifestyle, environment and personal choices, ensuring a tailored plan is suited to each individual. Having worked alongside some of the leading practitioners in Australia, a challenge is welcomed with an interest in multifaceted cases. Registered with ANTA (Australian Natural Therapists Association), Rachael has helped an array of clients with varying complex issues heal during her time as a practicing nutritionist.
