Sarah is a nutritionist who has a bachelor’s degree in nutrition science where she has gained a strong grounding in areas that include nutrition science, food chemistry, biochemistry, metabolism and nutrition research.
Through her studies and work experience she has gained extensive experience within the nutrition industry, working in private practice alongside experienced nutritionists and gym partnerships to provide advice to clients and develop personalised methods to help them overcome major health challenges. She has gone on to study a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Wollongong to graduate as an Accredited Practising Dietitian. Her interests include weight loss, sports nutrition, Gut health, Chronic disease management, food intolerances and allergies and general healthy eating. There is no quick fix approach with Sarah. She approaches her consultations around person-centred care and strong evidence-based research to empower her clients to make sustainable dietary habits for the long term.
