This Oatmeal Chia Bread recipe is perfect to get you through the week. It's dairy free, refined sugar free, and full of fiber-filled ingredients for a happy digestive system. Pair it with sweet or savoury toppings for any meal or as a nutritious filling snack.
Ingredients: Serves 1 loaf
2 cups quick oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup ground flaxseed
generous pinch sea salt
1 bottle Hemp Oz Hemp Infused Spring Water
2 organic eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) fan-forced and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients together.
- Add the hemp water, eggs, coconut oil and mix well.
- Spoon into the prepared loaf tin.
- Bake for 1- 1 ½ hours until firm to touch and bounces back when pressed with your fingers. Mine took 1 hour 10 minutes.
- Remove from the tin and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
