With the warmer months approaching there is no better excuse to make homemade healthy ice creams.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup macadamia milk
- 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp cacao
Chocolate Topping:
- Spiralfoods coconut butter
- Jimalie sugar and cacao
- Topped with organic coconut chips
Method:
- Blend till smooth.
- Set in freezer. Enjoy!
