Ingredients:
- 2 heaped tbs of protein - we like to use IsoWhey Whole Foods Organic Bio-fermented Pea + Brown Rice Protein
- 2 tsp of IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Maca, Cacao + Mesquite Powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 pitted dates
- 1/2 small banana
Method:
- Place all your ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy.
