Afternoon Pick Me Up Smoothie

Looking for something to help get you through your three-thirtyitus? This smoothie is packed full of goodness to help give you the kick you need to keep going.

Ingredients:

  • 2 heaped tbs of protein - we like to use IsoWhey Whole Foods Organic Bio-fermented Pea + Brown Rice Protein
  • 2 tsp of IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Maca, Cacao + Mesquite Powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1/2 small banana

Method:

  1. Place all your ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into your favourite glass and enjoy.
