Green Super Smoothie
This months GoodnessMe Box guest author and nutritionist Lola Berry provides us with this delicious Green Super Smoothie.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 cup chopped spinach or kale
- ½ cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours or overnight, then rinsed
- 1 avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 vanilla pod, split and scraped
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Fresh cashews to serve
- Soak cashews for 2 hours, or overnight
- Place all ingredients in the blender
- Blend well and serve with fresh cashews!
