This months GoodnessMe Box guest author and nutritionist Lola Berry provides us with this delicious Green Super Smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped spinach or kale
  • ½ cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours or overnight, then rinsed
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 vanilla pod, split and scraped
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Fresh cashews to serve

Method

  1. Soak cashews for 2 hours, or overnight.
  2. Place all ingredients in the blender.
  3. Blend well and serve with fresh cashews!
