Who doesn't love a good oatmeal recipe? They're super quick to whip up for breakfast and designed to keep you feeling fuller for longer. If you're looking to fancy up your usual go-to, may we suggest you try this choc berry oats bowl? It's decadent enough to feel a little naughty but in actual fact is full of antioxidants, protein and fibre.

Ingredients: Choc Berry Oats

1/2 cup rolled or quick oats

1/4 cup plant mylk

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp maple syrup

1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 tsp lemon juice

1 Nutra Organics Berry Choc Chunk Bar

Method:

1. Add the oats, plant mylk, cinnamon and maple syrup to a pot with 1/2 cup water and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.

2. Meanwhile, add the blueberries and lemon juice to a smaller pot with 1/3 cup water. Simmer until reduced (about 10-15 minutes)

3. Chop up the Nutra Organics Berry Choc Chunk Bar

4. Add the oats to a bowl, top with the berry compote and the chopped up bar and enjoy!
