Phei Yee Yap

After working in the banking industry for almost five years, Phei followed her passion for health and nutrition, graduated with a Distinction in the Bachelor Degree of Health Science (Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine) in 2018. As a clinical nutritionist, Phei approaches disease prevention and management through a multidimensional lens. She is particularly passionate in the area of digestive health, women's health and also education in the prevention and management of chronic illnesses. She takes into account the whole individual- body, mind, and spirit to help patients achieve optimal health and wellness. With the combination of sustainable and practical dietary modification and lifestyle changes, Phei aims to empower her patients towards making long-term positive health changes in their life. Phei hopes to encourage her patients to question what they put in and on their body, to recognise when the body is expressing something not quite right, tunes to its need, and take control. She is deeply passionate about supporting her patients to their most balanced and vibrant self.
