How does GoodnessMe Box choose what is in the box?
To ensure you receive the highest quality health foods, our very own GoodnessMe health practitioners search the health food world and select only the very best products to go in the box.
We identify businesses big and small that share the GoodnessMe values, who aim to follow ethical manufacturing and trading practices and who distribute products that are natural and GMO-free. In addition to products being natural and GMO-free, we search for and try to select products that are two or more of the following: organic, raw, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, sustainable, fair trade, or vegan products.
We use our best endeavours to include products that do not contain artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, food additives, synthetic trans fats, artificial flavours, artificial colours, Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), and High-Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), however we cannot guarantee that individual products are free from everything listed above.
Is everything in the box certified organic?
GoodnessMe strongly supports organic agriculture, however not all products will be certified organic. This is because there are some companies that still maintain clean and green production but do not have the Australian Certified Organic stamp as it may not be viable. We always try to find out about the trade, manufacturing and production process to ensure each product has been made to nourish the body in a sustainable and ethical way.

Can I try just one box?
GoodnessMe boxes are only available as part of a subscription. If you’d like to try just one box, we recommend a monthly subscription which can be cancelled at any time. We just need 2 days notice prior to your subscription renewing.
Can I choose what is in my box?
GoodnessMe boxes are all about discovery so the contents of the box are a surprise. We like to include a mix of products in the box, each month you will receive different products in your GoodnessMe boxes. GoodnessMe makes no representations and gives no warranties that all or any of the products in the monthly box will adhere to your specific dietary needs and lifestyle. GoodnessMe is not responsible or liable for you receiving a product in your monthly box that you are unable or unwilling to consume for any reason whatsoever.
Do you ship internationally?
Aside from Australia, we also ship to New Zealand. There are some other things to consider when placing an order for delivery outside of Australia, so it's important to take the time to read through the following information.
- Please note that all prices are shown in Australian dollars and so you will be charged in AUD at the exchange rate of the day.
- By placing an order from Australia to be shipped to NZ you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. For more info on all things customs, we suggest contacting New Zealand customs.
- Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be borne by the customer.
- Failure to provide your delivery address in the correct format may result in a delay in your order being processed, so do be sure to double check and ensure that it's correct. If the order is returned to sender as a result of the address being incorrect, a re-shipment fee will apply.
- GoodnessMe will not accept any claim for ‘lost’ or ‘missing’ parcels if the customer has entered the address incorrectly or in the incorrect format, or provided the carrier with an ‘Authority to Leave’ instruction. GoodnessMe does not accept returns for items shipped internationally.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Please be mindful that due to the nature of Christmas, COVID-19 and the busy period, our Australian couriers may experience some delays.
Please include a phone number with your order, so that our GoodnessMe Team can call you directly if there is an issue with your order or the Shipping Carrier needs to contact you.
What about shipping to New Zealand?
We use Australia Post International Express to New Zealand.
New Zealand: Orders placed before Friday 11th of December 2020 will dispatch before Christmas. Please allow 10-15 working days from dispatch to your door. We have a flat rate of only $10.00 for these deliveries.
What is the GoodnessMe Box Satisfaction Guarantee?
We know you’ll love GoodnessMe Box as much as we do, which is why GoodnessMe has a 10 Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Satisfaction Guarantee). In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with at least one product in your first GoodnessMe Box, you can apply for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping & handling fee) under our Satisfaction Guarantee.
How do I apply for a refund under the terms of the Satisfaction Guarantee?
1. Submit a review for each of the products in your GoodnessMe Box here.
2. Email our Customer Care Team at email@example.com and request a review of your product feedback. Please include a photo of your “Who’s in the box” card so we know who was in your box.
3. If approved, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days, minus the $9.95 shipping & handling fee incurred by GoodnessMe.
How long do I have to make a claim after receiving my GoodnessMe Box?
You have until 5pm, 10 days from the date you receive your first GoodnessMe Box to review all the products in your box and submit an application under our Satisfaction Guarantee. We calculate your 10 days with day 1 being the day the courier tracking records your parcel as ‘delivered’.
What if I only enjoy a couple of products from my GoodnessMe Box?
For clarity, if you are satisfied with one or more products in your first GoodnessMe Box, but not with all products, our Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply in such circumstances.
What if my subscription has already renewed?
Your GoodnessMe Box subscription will renew automatically on the 20th of each month for the following month's box. Our Satisfaction Guarantee covers only your first subscription/box order.
If your subscription renews or pre-paid order has been processed for the next months box prior to you being approved for a refund, the refund will be issued only on your first box and not any subsequent boxes that have been paid for or processed. You may be entitled to a partial refund on the remainder of your pre-paid 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, excluding any orders that have been processed.
What products are covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee?
Products covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee include only our Monthly Subscription, 3 Monthly Subscription, 6 Monthly Subscription, 12 Monthly Subscription, 3 Monthly Gift Subscription, 6 Monthly Gift Subscription, 12 Monthly Gift Subscription, Kids Box 3 Monthly Subscription Quarterly Beauty Box (Paid Annually) Subscription and Quarterly Beauty Box Subscription.
Shop or Marketplace products, being individual or bulk buy products, are not covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee.
How do I know if I'm eligible for a refund?
You may be deemed eligible for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee if you were not able to give at least one product more than a 2 star rating in your review. You are required to consume, try, open or use every product prior to submitting a review on it. You are required to state in your review the nature of your dissatisfaction in the product.
What are your Billing & Cancellation policies?
All regular subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the website. If you are on a monthly subscription you will be billed on the 20th of each month. If you are on a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription you will be billed every 3, 6 or 12 months on the 20th of the month, in advance of the month ahead. Unless a subscription is cancelled 2 days before the above renewal dates, the subscription will automatically renew for a further subscription period and you will be charged the subscription price.
Gift Subscriptions are stand alone purchases and do not automatically renew, so there's no need to cancel.
If I cancel, will I still receive all my boxes?
If you are on a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, you can cancel at any time and will still receive all the boxes remaining on your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription just follow the steps outlined below.
Login to your account dashboard.
- Click the “Manage Subscriptions” orange button.
- Click the "Subscriptions" option in the side menu.
- Click the red “Cancel” link next to the subscription that would like to cancel. Follow the options to complete the cancellation process.
Why do you have outer packaging for the box?
The outer packaging is designed to protect the goods inside your box to reduce the amount of replacement shipments and waste created.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order through your Account. Just sign in and view your orders under the orange 'Manage Your Subscription' button. Click on the order number to the left hand side, then click on the number with the # to go to the tracking page to view updates for your orders.
Who delivers the mail?
For local orders we ship with a courier service to ensure quick and safe delivery of your boxes. At times we will ship with Australia Postal services depending on your location. GoodnessMe is not responsible or liable for any delay of delivery of your box or any damage caused to your box which is beyond GoodnessMe’s control.
If you're not home at the time of your delivery, a collection card will be left so that you can arrange collection/redelivery.
When will my GoodnessMe Box arrive?
We send out box deliveries twice a month, on the first week of each month and around the 18th of each month. You need to place your order by the 25th of the month prior, in order to fall into the delivery in the first week of the month.
Once your first box is on its way we reset your subscription so that all other boxes will be sent out on the first week of each month.
Delivery times after your box has left GoodnessMe HQ are:
- 2-4 days: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne & Adelaide Metro, Regional Victoria & NSW, ACT and Northern Queensland

There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn. You can check your GoodnessMe Box reward points balance anytime, just login to your customer account then hit the GMB Club tab in the navigation bar of our website.

- Refer a friend and give them $10 off their first purchase - you will earn 300 points if they buy a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month subscription or gift subscription.
- Purchase or gift a subscription on the website and receive 1 point per $1 spent. Receive points every time your subscription renews too!
- Purchase something from our online shop and receive 1 point per $1 spent!
- Sign up to our newsletter and receive 50 points.

How do I use my points?
Every 20 points earnt will give you GM$1 to spend on the GoodnessMe Shop. As you accumulate points, it will unlock higher reward vouchers for you to redeem. You can use your points in increments of 100 points (GM$5) and there are no minimum spend.

Every time you refer a friend that subscribes to GoodnessMe Box with a minimum order of $45 (excluding shipping) they get GM$10 to spend on GoodnessMe Shop and you get GM$15 to spend on GoodnessMe Shop!
How do you refer a friend?
Log into your account here. Click on refer a friend and then again on your right sidebar. Copy your code and share it with your friends! Once your friend purchases a GoodnessMe Box, the points will appear in your account within 7 days and the GM$15 voucher will be active to use.
Does the shipping fee qualify for points?
No, unfortunately, any shipping fee paid does not count for points.
How do I get 10% off my first order?
You will need to sign up for our newsletter with your email address. You will then receive a code in your inbox!
How do the tiers work?
You are guaranteed entry into that tier for 12 months. In those 12 months, you must re-qualify for that tier by earning enough points to stay or you will be moved to a lower tier that corresponds with the points earned in that 12 month period.
How do I move up a tier?
You’ll automatically move up a tier and unlock all the perks as your spend accumulates.
I have enough points but I’m in a lower tier?
You must spend the minimum each year to maintain your prior tier.
Can I earn points by reviewing products on the shop?

What is the minimum spend to redeem my discount for being a part of the GoodnessMe Club?
Zero! That’s the beauty of it, there is no minimum spend for redeeming the rewards you’ve earnt. Keep in mind that orders under $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee.
When can I review the products inside my GoodnessMe Box?
The products inside your GoodnessMe Box will go up as a collection on the website around the 1st of every month i.e. our January Box will be available to review on the 1st of January. The collection will be live for 8 weeks after which time it will be removed. You must review the box products within this time to be rewarded your bonus points - from 3 points per product review dependant on your GoodnessMe Club tier. Please see our ‘Review Guidelines’ for more information on how we monitor reviews.
What happens to my points if I cancel my GoodnessMe Box subscription?
If you cancel your GoodnessMe Box you may still have your points so long as you do not close your GoodnessMe Club account. If you choose to close your account with GoodnessMe you may begin again from zero.
Do my points expire?
Yes, unfortunately, they expire after 12 months.
Can my product reviews be anonymous?
Yes, if you would prefer to leave an anonymous review this is supported as we would like to encourage honest feedback, both good and bad.
We monitor all publicly posted product reviews on our website. In compliance with Australian law and ACCC guidelines we may remove any reviews that appear to be fake, offensive, defamatory, irrelevant or contain profanities. This includes reviews that state a product resulted in a disease or a medical condition (including allergic reactions) or breaches TGA guidelines. We may edit your review in part to ensure it remains within these guidelines.
You should only review products based on your own experience of trying the product inside your GoodnessMe Box subscription or purchased through the GoodnessMe Shop. You can submit reviews only once for each product you receive, and please note: reviews can’t be changed by you or removed once you complete them.
Reviews should not be given on items which are faulty or have arrived broken or damaged. If you have received a faulty item please contact us for a replacement.

Are all the boxes Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan?
Tell us your dietary requirements and we'll use them to personalise your box. Gluten free, Dairy free, vegan, Gluten & Dairy free, or none, we've got you covered! All boxes are low sugar.
How do you select Vegan products for the Box?
We ensure the vegan friendly products in your GoodnessMe Box are cruelty free and are not made with any animal products. Please note, some vegan products may contain trace amounts of non-vegan ingredients due to things like shared manufacturing processes.
How do you select Gluten and Diary Free products for the Box?
We carefully select every product your Gluten Free and Dairy Free GoodnessMe Box. A panel of health professionals help us review the ingredients of each product to ensure that all products in your GoodnessMe Box are suitable.
Why do you accept products that are manufactured on shared machinery?
Many businesses do not have the luxury of owning vegan only equipment, therefore some vegan products may have been made in facilities that use shared equipment. As such, some vegan products may have possible trace amounts of ingredients such as dairy and eggs. While these companies clean all equipment between uses, for this reason a vegan product may not be acceptable to individuals with food allergies or strict dietary requirements.
Similarly, gluten free products may have been made in shared manufacturing facilities resulting in possible trace amounts of gluten and other ingredients not listed on the packing. Consequently, GoodnessMe does not make any guarantees that products are not contaminated with non-vegan ingredients or gluten containing ingredients. It is the customers responsibility to check with the company regarding their manufacturing processes for all potential allergen issues (including such as nuts/soy/coconut etc) prior to consumption.

How do I select my dietary preference?

Can I select more than one dietary preference?
We offer one dietary preference selection and our current options are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan or Gluten & Dairy Free. Due to the nature of the products we select, you will find that the majority of our products meet all three of those dietary preferences.
Where do I download my latest invoice?
You can view all payments and download your invoices by logging into your account and clicking "Purchase history", followed by clicking on your order number.
How do I update my address?
Login to your account dashboard and click “Edit” next to your subscription plan then 'Edit' to change your shipping info. All address change requests must be made before the 20th of the month, or the following month’s box will be shipped to the existing address. Alternatively, you can go to the 'Subscriptions' tab in your account and click the cog wheel to make necessary changes.
How do I change my payment information?
Login to your account and click the “Manage Subscriptions” button to view and edit your payment details. Click the "Billing Information" tab, followed by clicking the "update card" link.
Am I eligible for a refund?
GoodnessMe does not offer refunds, including no partial refunds. For 3, 6 or 12 months subscriptions that have already started; GoodnessMe may, at its sole and absolute discretion, decide to offer a refund under extenuating circumstances. GoodnessMe does not accept returns of monthly boxes or individual products under any circumstances.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our secure checkout accepts credit/debit card payments from VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
When am I billed?
You will be billed on the day that you sign up to GoodnessMe Box. After this time your account billing date is re-set. If you are on a monthly subscription you will be billed on the 20th of each month, in advance of the month ahead. If you are on a 3,6 or 12 month subscription you will be billed every 3, 6 or 12 months on the 20th of the month, in advance of the month ahead.

Every 3 months, we surprise you with 7-10 beauty, lifestyle and personal care samples and products. How much does it cost?
The GoodnessMe Beauty subscription box starts from $45.00 every three months, however if you purchase a year in advance the cost is $37.50. The GoodnessMe Beauty ships on the 15th of every 3rd month, which is May, August, November and February.

Where’s my order?
The GoodnessMe Shop brings you the most sought-after clean eats the world is going nuts about, all in one convenient place. Our Sellers are located all over Australia and New Zealand and deliver by various methods which include air, land and sea. Where possible, our Sellers provide tracking details for you so you can keep an eye out for you delivery. Depending on your location, and the location of the Supplier, deliveries within Australia usually take around 3 - 10 working days, 10-14 days if you live in regional Australia.
Due to COVID-19 please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
Can I get multiple items in one order?
You sure can! But please be aware that if your order contains items from different Sellers, they will likely be sent from different locations and may arrive on different days. So if you only receive part of your order, don’t panic! The rest of it won’t be far away. If you’re worried, make sure you reach out to our customer service team email@example.com they are always happy to help!
Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
Please choose carefully as GoodnessMe does not accept returns or issue refunds. Of course, if there is an issue with any of the products you have ordered, such as damage or a fault, we would be happy to arrange a replacement. If there is a problem with your delivery please get in touch with our customer service team.
