Yes In your professional opinion, would you classify this product as healthy enough to eat Every day Rated 5 out of 5 A must have! Lentils are a brilliant food to incorporate into our meals and something I recommend we all use (unless you have trouble digesting them). They provide a great source of plant based protein and protein is an important part of every meal. Lentils are also high in dietary fibre, making them great for our gut and digestion and they can help reduce blood sugar levels. This mix of protein and fibre helps us feel full and satisfied after consumption, which helps reduce hunger between meals and overeating. A cup of cooked lentils has a good amount of folate, manganese, copper and vitamin B1, all of which have their own benefits. This particular product is a great option because it's nothing but lentils and water. The organic lentils make it even better for our health and the lack of preservatives and no added salt is what I like to see! Loading...
